Chronic stress, anxiety, or worry are linked to higher incidences of ALL SIX of the leading causes of death in the US: Heart Disease, Cancer, Lung Disease, Accidents, Liver Disease, and Suicide. Simply by living a modern life – full of constant, but not immediately life-threatening stresses, your body is triggered into feeling like it is constantly under threat or danger. This triggers a response in the body by releasing “fight or flight” stress hormones.
Many people also contend with the isolation inherent in 21st century lifestyles. We no longer have family close by or a warm sense of community, so there’s often no one to turn to when stressful events begin to wreak havoc on our mental and physical bodies.
In Strength to Strength, you will learn to access and use your Ki energy to balance your energy centers and open blocked energy lines. You will release stress at a cellular level so you can maintain clear, positive energy, even in challenging situations. You will learn how to transform stress into the strength you need to live a balanced, productive, happy life, without giving up your job, family obligations or social activities. Transform “worry” into fulfillment!

This workshop helped pull me out of my darkness. My mind was blocked completely. All I could do was be angry, sad and frustrated about every aspect of my life. Within a few hours, I was able to start freeing my mind. I was able to see how I put so much energy into nothing. I didn’t control my emotions, I was just following them and creating big crazy stories. Feeling in control again, I remember I can release those thoughts and move on. All Stress to Strength workshops are held from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday and Sunday. All dates are subject to change.
Upon registration, you will receive an email regarding what to bring and how to prepare.
Bring a healthy lunch for each day. Members are encouraged to remain at the center over the lunch break.
