Taking this workshop was an amazing experience. After raising kids and running a small business for 25 years, I realized that I rarely spent time tending to myself. This workshop helped pull me out of my darkness. My mind was blocked completely. All I could do was be angry, sad and frustrated about every aspect of my life. Within a few hours, I was able to start freeing my mind. I was able to see how I put so much energy into nothing. I didn’t control my emotions, I was just following them and creating big crazy stories. Feeling in control again, I remember I can release those thoughts and move on. I just completed the Initial Self-Mastey (online version) with JaAe. I was a little apprehensive about the online format fearing that it wouldn’t provide the same energy connection that I enjoy at the centers. I had nothing to worry about. I loved this class and the online format worked beautifully. The pace of the class kept everything interesting and gave each of us time to share our thoughts and experiences as well as ask questions. The class itself was more than I had expected. I live a pretty stress-free life as a retired woman in a small, rural community. I wasn’t sure how much value I would find in a class about how to reduce and handle stress. It is so much more than that. I gained tools for identifying my own personal stressors, understanding how my body reacts to anger, sadness, anxiety, etc. basically the emotions and situations that make up life, and how to release them in a natural and beautiful way. Most importantly, I learned how to forgive and love myself and listen to my soul. This class is a beautiful and necessary part of our spiritual journey as we discover who we truly are. April 2020
During the pandemic, all Initial Self-Mastery workshops are held on-line over two Saturdays, from 9 AM-12PM and 1-4 PM. When in studio, Initial Self-Mastery workshops are held from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday and Sunday. All dates are subject to change.
