Mago Mindfulness Center Assistant Manager, Instructor, Workshop Facilitator
I have been enjoying this practice since 2005 when I joined the center because I felt I needed to stretch and breathe again. Thus began the complete transformation and healing of my life at all levels – physically, mentally and spiritually.
In 2016, I retired from 30 years in Corporate America. I am grateful to now have the time and freedom to teach at the Mago Mindfulness Center to share the principles and practices of this spectacular training. My heartfelt wish is for everyone to connect deeply to their True Self, to know who they truly are, to activate the natural healing of their bodies, and to deliver the beauty of their natural talents and gifts to the world.
