Mago Mindfulness Center Instructor
I have been practicing Yoga in Canada since 2010. Last year, when I opened the door of the center and met Chun, the Master Yoga teacher, I felt immediately a deep connection. Mago Mindfulness is a healing type of Yoga. It has changed my life in many ways; it has healed physical pain, balanced my emotions, given me a greater sense of connection with myself, improved my confidence and allowed me to develop a compassionate heart.
I have been committed to a daily practice and I quickly felt the need to deepen my experience by participating in the Stress to Strength, Finding True Self and Ki Energy Healing workshops in Sedona. I became a “Tao guide” (Yoga facilitator) in August 2016.
Today, my goal is to share the benefits of Mago Mindfulness with you, help you to create a healthier and more balanced lifestyle and open your heart to your true purpose. I truly believe we are all connected and by changing ourselves, we can make the world a more peaceful place to live.
