Classes at Mago Mindfulness Center

UPDATE: We now offer all of our studio classes, Energy Evaluations and personal consultations on-line so you can participate from home. Take good care of your self and your immune system during these challenging times! We are here to help you learn your own self-healing methods.

Mago Mindfulness Center offers a wide variety of enjoyable energy-based yoga classes to help you reduce stress, increase flexibility, mindfully meditate, and boost your energy levels.

Classes and Workshops are carefully designed to work together to help you to recover your well-being. Attend our workshops to learn principles and powerful practices so you can grow quickly. Attend our energy-based yoga classes to practice the meditation and chakra-healing tools that you learn in the workshops and integrate them into your daily practice.

For new members and for specific needs, we recommend that you start with an individual Energy Evaluation. Our instructors are happy to help you to create a plan to meet your goals. Classes Overview

Mindful Healing

Mindful Healing is a slow, restorative movement class. It activates the body’s energy system through mindful stretches and deep breathing exercises. Through deep breathing and conscious stretching, this class promotes a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit, resulting in feelings of inner peace as well as physical and mental well-being.


Mind & Body Detox

Stimulate health from the inside-out! The detoxifying and revitalizing exercises will help you to release heavy, stagnant energy from your internal organs to give you a full body cleanse. You will enhance the condition of your emotional well-being, improve circulation and digestion, relieve headaches and increase vitality. You will also detox negative emotions and reduce lack of focus and depression, ensuring you’ll get a complete revitalizing experience.


Mago Tai Chi

Mago Tai Chi is a gentle martial art, but don’t be fooled by its mild manner. The slow, methodical movements will help you to accumulate great amounts of life force that, when channeled correctly, give you the strength to move mountains! In this class, you will learn how to calm your mind and breathe mindfully as you tune into your body’s own energy system.


Chakra Vibration

Chakra Vibration is a high-energy class intended to raise, move and release the body’s energy through the power of vibration. Through a variety of rhythms, body tapping and creative movements, you will have the opportunity to release stress and stuck emotions, ease physical problems, and clear the mind. Through this practice, you can experience true freedom of body and mind, while becoming more open to healing energy.


Wooden Pillow for Deep Relaxation

The wooden pillow is one of many wonderful tools used at Mago Mindfulness Center that you can use for self-healing. Using it helps to calm the mind, relax the body, and release stress and tension. In this class, you will learn and experience different wooden pillow exercises to target acupressure points in the neck, shoulders, back, feet, and even your organs!


Energy Booster for Immunity

Energy Booster for Immunity will help you to activate your chakras to release heavy, stagnant energy. Extra attention especially is spent on the third chakra which is key for supporting your healthy organs and a strong immune system. You will also release worry and anxiety from your body, leaving you feeling calm and revitalized.


Sound & Healing

Sound & Healing is the application of healing frequencies to the physical and subtle energy fields around the body. After some meridian stretching, gentle tapping and spinal vibration, you will experience the therapeutic sounds of a Native drum and crystal bowl.
