Can I try a class without joining?

Yes! You can make an appointment online or visit Mago Mindfulness Center to try a class before signing up for a membership. Your first class is free!

What do I wear for class?

Wear loose, comfortable exercise clothes, bring a water bottle, and a yoga mat (if you don’t have one, you can borrow one from us). 

What are the best classes to start?

If you are new to this practice, Mindful Healing or Mago Tai Chi are great for beginners. As a member, plan to take all of our classes and discover the unique benefits of each one. All classes can help you to improve your energy, health and mental clarity. Consistently attend class at least two to three times a week to see and feel changes. And remember that the classes and workshops are designed to go together as a curriculum for your growth.

Are gift certificates available?

Yes! Any amount, and no expiration dates. Enjoy!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Our classes are 50% off for spouses, all individuals aged 65 – 74 years, as well as teens 14-17 years, and all veterans. Our classes are free to seniors 75+, and children under 13!

If I travel more than 1 week, what can I do with my membership?
  • You can freeze your membership in case you go away more than one week.
  • Three month memberships can be frozen up to two weeks.
  • Six or twelve month memberships can be frozen up to 1 month with or without reason.
  • Freeze requests must be received at least one week in advance in writing.
